Why We Built SchoolOS
We saw schools drowning in spreadsheets, paper registers, and manual fee tracking. Administrators spent more time on paperwork than on education. SchoolOS was built to change that.

Our Story
SchoolOS started with a simple observation: many Zimbabwean schools still manage their operations using paper registers, scattered spreadsheets, and manual fee tracking. Administrators spend hours, sometimes days, on tasks that should take minutes.
We built SchoolOS to bring modern, affordable school management to small and medium schools. Not a complex ERP that requires months of training and dedicated IT staff. Just a simple, intuitive platform that works the way your school works.
