Your data is used solely to operate and improve the SchoolOS platform: managing student records, processing fees, generating reports, and facilitating communication between schools and parents. We never sell your data.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Regular backups are performed automatically. Each school's data is fully isolated from other schools on the platform.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to export your records.
