1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SchoolOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SchoolOS provides a web-based school management platform including student records, fee management, attendance tracking, grade books, report cards, and parent communication tools.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. The one-time setup fee is due upon account creation. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and card payments where available.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

5. Limitation of Liability

SchoolOS is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
