We don't offer a free trial, but we provide a free personalised demo where you can see the platform in action. If you decide to proceed, the one-time setup fee of $199 gets you fully onboarded with your school's data.
What is the setup fee for?
The $199 one-time setup fee covers onboarding assistance, data import from your existing systems, staff training, and configuration of your school's academic structure, fee setup, and user accounts.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is available at $790/year (save over 15%). Contact our sales team to switch to annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and card payments where available. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
Can I upgrade from Growth to Pro or Enterprise?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Contact our support team and we'll handle the transition smoothly.
Is there a refund policy?
We want you to be happy with SchoolOS. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of going live, we'll refund your setup fee. Monthly subscriptions are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
What happens if I exceed 200 students?
If you're approaching the 200-student limit, we'll notify you in advance. You can upgrade to the Pro plan for up to 400 students or Enterprise for unlimited students.
